Historic England's Strategic Stone Study, project managed by TMC Surveying involved identifying building stones and quarries across 36 counties in England, partnering with Historic England, The Geology Trusts, Natural England, British Geological Survey and The National Stone Centre.
Asset transfer projects focused on re-using redundant buildings and bringing them back into use. Our project partners include The West Midlands Historic Buildings Trust, Wyre Forest District Council, Dudley Council, Historic England, The Architectural Heritage Fund, The Pilgrims Trust, The National Lottery Heritage Fund, and various conservation-accredited architects and contractors.
